Are there any listing fees?

We do not charge any fees for listing your items.

By when should I expect my items to be collected?

Currently, item collection is scheduled for the 4th week of June.

What is an Airwaybill?

The air waybill is a paper that we send you once your items are ready to be collected by Aramex, to fill and print out, and it serves as a contract of carriage between you and Aramex.

Are there any item collection fees?

Regardless of the number of items you wish to sell, you will only be charged a shipping fee set by aramex; equal to $4.

Which is why we encourage you to make the most out of it. Send away!

How do I make money?

You earn 40% of the final price.

How to withdraw my money?

You cash out through Whish Money.

Either set up an account on the Whish Money App or go to your nearest Whish Money Store to collect your money.

It can take up to 5 working days for a withdrawal to occur after money transfer (i.e. Monday – Friday, not including weekends and public holidays).

Who prices the items?

We ask for your suggested pricing, based on the value of the item.

However Keep sets the final price based on condition, brand and current value of the item.

Luxury brands fall under the below list:

If my items don't sell what happens?

In case a sale doesn't happen within 6 months after listing you have the option to:

Either

Take back your items in the same condition they were sent in

Or

Give us the approval to send them for donations!

Buying

By when should I expect my order to be delivered?

It usually takes 3-4 business days for your purchases to be delivered to your address.

Are there any shipping fees?

Aramex charges $4 per order.

Can I pay by Card or Cash?

For the time being, all payments are to be made in cash upon delivery.

Item condition guide

Brand new with a tag: The item has never been worn and is in impeccable condition.

Brand new without a tag: The item has never been worn and is in excellent condition but the tag has been removed.

Excellent: The item has been only once or gently worn and is in excellent condition, like new.

Good condition: The item has been fairly worn and is in okay condition. Might have some minor flaws which are shown in the product images clearly.

Returns/Refunds

All sales are final. No returns or refunds accepted.
